New Course are services provided through We Are Mentors Services, Inc.

Why two names
Simply - We provide two types of services.
We Are Mentors services, inc. is the name that all services are incorporated under. It started with a contract through the Department of Human Services in Ottawa County Michigan. The service provided through the contract was family mentoring. It was a position that implied some authority - much like that of a teacher. Family mentors mentor comes along side a family in crisis. The mentor offers education and support to meet goals as they overcome obstacles that may be preventing the family’s success. Our family mentors assist with budgeting finances; discipline plans, coordinating services, nutritional resources, family structure, and much more. Each mentor’s goal is to empower a family to meet their own needs and goals. However, this is not a position of neutrality.
Our mentoring services are organized under the expert direction of Candyce Wolsfeld. Candyce serves as the executive director of We Are Mentors Services, Inc.
New Course services work in a different way. The name was chosen as the work mentor implies authority. These services are provided from a position of neutrality. The goal is to be a guide that leads the client(s) to their own New Course. Here we listen to each other, guide each other in the situation, and inspire a New Course
Our New Course services are organized and supervised by our talented Associate Director Dan Bierma.
